What is wellness care?
Wellness care is Chiropractic treatment to help align your spine to improve your performance, flexibility, concentration and to help you feel great. Instead of concentrating on removing pain or restriction, we focus on increasing the efficiency of your nervous system by removing any subluxations (interferences) in your spine.
Many top athletes visit Chiropractors, not only to treat sports injuries, but also to improve their overall performance. Some of the biggest supporters of wellness care are Tiger Woods, Lance Armstrong and the Red Bull F1 team to name a few.
Who benefits from wellness care?
Everyone can benefit from wellness Chiropractic care. No matter what you do with your life, we believe Chiropractic is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.
How often should I receive adjustments?
This part is totally up to you and what you feel comfortable with. Some clients visit the clinic every week as they really notice the benefits of regular care, however others may find that they get the most benefit from visiting every 6 weeks. This is really down to what you think will benefit you the most.
Prevention is better than treatment…
In life, preventing a problem is usually much better than having to deal with a problem – the same is true for spinal care. If you know you suffer with back problems, it’s highly recommended you visit the clinic for regular adjustments to manage your spine and help avoid any flare ups.
